If, within the specified warranty period, you discover any faults in the products you’ve purchased, kindly inform us immediately. We’re here to troubleshoot the issue and provide an effective solution. In such cases, we’ll either repair the product or dispatch a replacement. Please note that the replacement part may have a different FRU, spare, or part number than your original order.
In situations where a product is returned under warranty and our testing confirms “No Fault Found” or identifies an incompatibility with your setup’s hardware/software, a $10 testing fee and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Order Alterations and Cancellations
We respect your prerogative to modify or cancel an order. You have the right to make changes or cancel an order from the moment it’s placed on our platform up to 14 days after receiving the products. If you require any adjustments to your order, such as changes to the delivery address or quantity, or if you wish to cancel the order entirely, please get in touch with our dedicated Customer Service team without delay.
Should you communicate the cancellation before the product is shipped, we’ll process a refund to your account without any additional charges. However, if you choose to cancel after receiving the goods, please be aware that a restocking fee of 25% may apply.
Returns due to Change of Mind or Non-Faulty Reasons
Products that you no longer require can be returned within 14 working days of purchase, provided they remain in their original condition, the packaging remains unopened, and seals remain intact.
For non-faulty returns initiated by you, a restocking fee of 25-50% will apply. It’s imperative that any unwanted item, unless deemed faulty, is returned in a condition suitable for resale.
For a return to be considered valid, the original packaging, including accessories, manuals, software, and warranties, must be intact and undamaged.
Pricing, Description, and Inventory Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, occasional discrepancies such as incorrect product descriptions, stock status, or pricing may occur on the Tech Seller USA website due to typographical, informational, or technical errors. In such cases, Tech Seller USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order and promptly rectify the inaccurate information. Should the actual price of an item exceed our stated price, we will exercise our discretion by contacting you for guidance prior to shipping or by canceling the order and notifying you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipments
In the rare event that the products delivered do not match your order or are missing components, rest assured that we will swiftly rectify the situation by supplying the correct products.
Upon receiving your returned item and completing the necessary inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund granted will be subject to deduction of return shipping expenses.
