The Printer arrived on a pallet, double boxed, with the toner seated and the trays still taped. We had it on the network and printing inside ten minutes. Page count matched what the listing said, which is more than I can say for the last two units we bought elsewhere.

Quoted Tuesday morning, shipped Tuesday afternoon, on my dock Wednesday. The price came in under both of our usual distributors and nobody tried to upsell me a service plan I didn't ask for.

Fourth order this year. Condition grading is honest, the serials always match the paperwork, and when something is backordered they tell you before you commit instead of after.

Everything came wrapped properly with foam in the corners, no rattling, no scuffs. Each unit had a test slip in the box showing it had actually been powered up and checked before it shipped.

The LaserJet MFP turned up double boxed with the drum and toner packed separately. Firmware was current, the ADF fed a fifty page stack without a single misfeed, and the cosmetic grade was if anything better than the photos.

Ordered eight units for a data centre refresh. All eight shipped together, all eight were labelled with our asset tags as requested, and the rail kits were actually in the boxes. That last part is rarer than it should be.

Good value and the condition was exactly as listed. Only reason this isn't five stars is that the tracking number took a day longer to appear than I expected, but the hardware itself was spot on.

We buy on purchase orders and Net-30, and they set that up without making me chase anyone. Invoices are clean, the PO number is on every document, and our AP team has stopped complaining about IT orders.

Hard to find this part anywhere else. Two distributors told me end of life, Tech Seller USA had it on the shelf and shipped it the same day. It's been running since without a hiccup.
