Yes. Request a quote for volume pricing on any part. We accept purchase orders from businesses, schools, healthcare organizations and government agencies, with Net-30 terms on approval. Tax-exempt organizations can send their exemption certificate before ordering.
Send us the part number from a unit already in your system, or your server or system model and generation, and we'll confirm compatibility before you order. Confirming first helps you avoid returns and restocking fees.
Refurbished items are previously used parts that have been inspected and function-tested before they ship. They may show minor cosmetic wear that doesn't affect performance. The condition of every item, new or refurbished, is stated on its product page.
Every item, new or refurbished, includes a 30-day Tech Seller USA warranty. If a part arrives faulty or fails within 30 days, we replace or refund it.
Most in-stock orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and destination. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout or on request.
U.S. orders ship by FedEx from warehouses in the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders up to 10 lbs within the contiguous United States. International orders ship by DHL Express to select destinations and are quoted on request.
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. No restocking fee applies to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
