About the 1.5-meter Cisco CAB-SPWR-150CM

In order to provide a communications channel between the switches in the power stack, the hefty yet flexible Cisco StackPower cables transmit both power and a data transmission.
To make it easier to figure out which wire goes into which switch or XPS, StackPower and XPS cables are keyed and have colored bands on the ends.
There are color bands on both ends of a StackPower cable: green on one end and yellow on the other. An XPS and Catalyst 3750-X switches can be connected using this cable. It should be noted that the yellow band connector can connect to a Catalyst 3750-X switch, however the blue band connector can only be used with a Catalyst 3750-X switch.
