Cisco T1-50CM Stack. A 0.5 m cable with two StackWise-480 connectors (Connector 1 and Connector 2).
The extremely successful and industry-leading StackWise® technology, a premium stacking architecture, is the foundation of Cisco StackWise-480 technology. 480 Gbps is the stack bandwidth of StackWise-480. Cisco IOS Software SSO is used by StackWise-480 to provide stack resilience. Under the management of a “active” switch chosen by the member switches, the stack functions as a single switching unit. Within the stack, a standby switch is automatically chosen by the active switch. All switching, routing, and wireless data is created and updated by the active switch, which also continuously synchronises this data with the standby switch.
