Accepted Payment Methods

Tech Seller USA accepts card, PayPal and wire transfer payments online, and purchase orders for approved organizations. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD). The payment options shown at checkout are the ones available for your order.

Paying by Card, PayPal or Wire Transfer

Credit and debit cards. Your card is authorized when you place the order. The billing name and address must match the card on file with your bank.

PayPal. Select PayPal at checkout and complete payment on PayPal's secure page. You can pay with your PayPal balance or a linked account.

Wire transfer. Request a quote or place your order and choose wire transfer. We email you an invoice with our bank details. Please include your order or invoice number in the transfer reference. Orders ship once funds are received, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Any bank fees charged by your bank are paid by the sender.

Purchase Orders and Net-30 Terms

We accept purchase orders from government agencies, schools and universities, healthcare organizations and approved businesses, with Net-30 terms on approval. See our Purchase Orders page for how to order and what your PO should include.

Tax-Exempt Purchasing

Tax-exempt organizations can buy without sales tax. Email a valid tax-exemption certificate to sarah.jane@techsellerusa.com before placing your order. Once approved, we flag your account so future orders are not charged sales tax.

Sales tax already charged on an order placed before approval cannot always be refunded, so please send your certificate first.

Pricing, Currency and Sales Tax

The full order total, including product prices, shipping charges and any applicable sales tax, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable state law. Standard shipping is free on orders up to 10 lbs within the contiguous United States; rates for heavier orders are shown at checkout.

Order Verification and Payment Security

All card and PayPal payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout by our payment providers. Tech Seller USA does not store your full card details.

We will never ask for card numbers by email, phone or text message. Only enter payment details on the secure checkout at techsellerusa.com.

To protect against fraud, we may verify some orders before shipping, for example when billing and shipping addresses differ. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled and fully refunded.

If a payment is declined, the order is not complete until an approved payment is received. Please check your billing details or choose another payment method.

Refunds and Credits

Refunds follow our Refund Policy and RMA and Returns:

  • Card and PayPal orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Wire transfer orders: refunded by wire to the originating account within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Purchase order and Net-30 orders: a credit is issued against the original invoice. Where a replacement is sent instead, the invoice stays in place.

The 25% restocking fee is deducted where it applies. It is waived for defective items and wrong items shipped by us.
