Not listed? The cities above are examples, not a service boundary. We ship to any commercial or institutional address in the United States, including addresses carriers classify as remote or extended delivery areas.
How nationwide supply actually works
Shipping hardware across the country is straightforward. Getting the right part to the right place, on a timeline a project can be planned around, is the part that takes work. Here is how we handle it, and what it means for your location.
Everything ships from one place
Orders are picked, tested where applicable, packed and dispatched from our facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. We do not operate regional warehouses, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a distribution network we do not have.
What that means in practice is simple. Transit time depends on your distance from Florida and the service level selected at checkout or agreed on a quote. The southeast is closest; the west coast, the mountain states, Alaska and Hawaii are further. Every state is reachable by expedited service where a deadline requires it, and we will tell you honestly what a given service will and will not achieve rather than quoting an optimistic figure.
The compatibility check happens before dispatch, not after
The most expensive delay in hardware procurement is not shipping. It is a part arriving on schedule and being the wrong part. A drive can match on capacity, interface and manufacturer and still be refused by the controller because the carrier generation is wrong, the sector format differs, or the firmware coding does not match the platform.
That check is the same wherever you are. Tell us the server or printer model the part is going into, and we confirm the match before anything ships. A buyer in Anchorage gets the same verification as a buyer in Miami, and it costs nothing either way. It is also the most effective way to avoid a return, which matters more the further you are from us, because a return trip doubles the transit time on a part you needed.
Purchase orders, Net-30 and institutional procurement
Many of the organisations we supply cannot pay by card. School districts, universities, municipal departments, hospitals and established businesses run on purchase orders, and a supplier who cannot accept one is not a supplier they can use regardless of price.
We accept purchase orders from organisations and offer Net-30 terms on approval. We can supply a formal quotation in the format your procurement system requires, quote against a bill of materials, and hold pricing for a stated validity period so an approval process has time to run. If your organisation needs a vendor form completed, a W-9, or specific documentation before an order can be raised, send it across and we will complete it.
What we supply
Our catalogue covers three areas, and they are the areas we know properly rather than everything a distributor could list.
Enterprise storage. Drives from Seagate, Western Digital and Toshiba, plus vendor-coded drives for HPE, HP, IBM, Lenovo and NetApp platforms. SAS, SATA and Fibre Channel, in 2.5 inch and 3.5 inch form factors, spanning 10K and 15K performance drives, 7,200 RPM nearline capacity and enterprise solid state. Every listing carries the exact manufacturer part number.
Barcode scanning and mobile computing. Handheld and presentation scanners and rugged mobile computers from Zebra, Honeywell and Datalogic. Scanners ship with the correct interface cable for your host system, which is frequently sold separately elsewhere and is the most common omission in a scanner order.
Label and receipt printing. Thermal label printers from Zebra, SATO, Bixolon and Epson, receipt printers from Epson, Star Micronics and Bixolon, and genuine replacement printheads matched by printer model, resolution and print width. Printheads for the same printer differ by resolution and do not cross between models, and getting that wrong is a common and avoidable error.
Who we supply
Our customers are business, education and public sector organisations across the United States. In practice that means IT departments keeping existing platforms running, warehouse and logistics operations replacing scanning and labelling hardware, retail and hospitality sites replacing point-of-sale printers, healthcare organisations maintaining identification and labelling equipment, and managed service providers buying on behalf of their own clients.
What these have in common is that they are buying a specific part for a specific machine, usually because something failed or a platform needs extending. They are not browsing. That is why our product pages carry part numbers and specifications rather than marketing copy, and why we would rather answer a question before an order than process a return after one.
Returns, warranty and what happens when something is wrong
We operate a 30-day return policy. If a part does not work, or is not what was described, tell us promptly and we will resolve it — the return window is short by necessity, and the sooner a problem is raised the more options there are.
We would also rather you test on arrival than discover a problem in six weeks. Enterprise hardware failures cluster early in life, and transit damage frequently does not show until equipment runs under load. Powering equipment on and running it for a period before it goes into production is the single most useful thing you can do with a new delivery, wherever you are.
Planning ahead is worth more than it used to be
Hardware availability has tightened, and lead times on some categories have extended. Just-in-time ordering — the assumption a part will be there when you need it at roughly today’s price — no longer holds reliably across the market.
Two practical consequences for organisations anywhere in the country. First, spares for platforms you intend to keep are worth holding, particularly memory and drives where supply is tightest and part numbers are platform-specific. Second, a supplier who knows what you run can hold stock against it and warn you before a part becomes scarce. Neither requires a commitment from you, and both materially change what we can do when something fails.
Tell us what you need and where it is going
Send the part numbers, or the server and printer models you are working with, and we will confirm compatibility, availability and a realistic delivery date for your location.
Request a quoteFrequently asked questions
Do you ship to all fifty states?
Yes. We ship to every US state, the District of Columbia, and addresses carriers classify as remote or extended delivery areas.
Where do orders ship from?
West Palm Beach, Florida. We do not operate regional warehouses, so transit time depends on your distance from Florida and the service selected.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on your location and the service level. The southeast is closest; the west coast, mountain states, Alaska and Hawaii are further. Tell us your deadline and we will say honestly what is achievable.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, to any state. Where a deadline is genuinely tight, tell us the date rather than choosing a service, and we will advise what will actually arrive in time.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping applies to qualifying orders within the United States. Heavier and expedited shipments are quoted separately.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. Transit times are longer and shipping is quoted separately, but both states are served.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico or other US territories?
Contact us with the delivery address before ordering. Territory shipments are handled case by case and we will confirm what is possible and what it costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Our standard service covers the United States. For international requirements, contact us with the destination and we will tell you whether we can help rather than guessing.
Can you deliver to a residential address?
Yes, though most of our orders go to commercial and institutional addresses. Residential delivery can carry a carrier surcharge, which we will include in the quote.
Can I collect an order in person?
Contact us before placing the order and we will confirm what is possible at our West Palm Beach location.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, from organisations. Send the PO and we will process it. If your procurement system needs a formal quotation first, we will supply one in the format required.
Do you offer Net-30 terms?
Yes, on approval. Contact us with your organisation details to begin the process.
Can you complete a vendor form or supply a W-9?
Yes. Send whatever documentation your organisation requires before an order can be raised and we will complete it.
How long is a quote valid?
We state a validity period on every quote. Ask for a longer one if your approval process needs it, and we will tell you what we can hold.
Can you quote against a bill of materials?
Yes. Send the list with part numbers and quantities, and the target system for each line if you have it. We quote per line with condition and availability stated.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Send the quantities and we will quote accordingly.
How quickly do you respond to a quote request?
Our target is one business hour during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards and PayPal at checkout, plus purchase orders and Net-30 terms for approved organisations.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where we are required to collect it. If your organisation is tax exempt, send your exemption certificate before ordering.
Can you invoice a department rather than an individual?
Yes. Tell us the billing entity and any reference your accounts payable process requires, and we will put it on the invoice.
What hardware do you supply?
Enterprise storage, barcode scanning and mobile computing, and thermal label and receipt printing, plus printer spares.
Which storage brands do you carry?
Seagate, Western Digital and Toshiba, plus vendor-coded drives for HPE, HP, IBM, Lenovo and NetApp platforms.
Which scanner and mobile computer brands do you carry?
Zebra, Honeywell and Datalogic — the three principal manufacturers in enterprise auto-identification.
Which printer brands do you carry?
Label printers from Zebra, SATO, Bixolon and Epson. Receipt printers from Epson, Star Micronics and Bixolon.
Do you supply printheads and printer spares?
Yes, genuine replacements matched by printer model, resolution and print width. Send the part number from the existing printhead or the label inside the printer.
Can you source something not listed on the site?
Frequently yes. Send the part number and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it, at what price and in what timeframe.
Do you sell complete servers?
Yes — HPE ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge, Lenovo ThinkSystem and Supermicro, as complete systems and as parts for specific models. Tell us the model and generation.
Will you tell me if I am buying the wrong thing?
Yes. Several of our guides recommend against a purchase where the workload does not justify it, and we apply the same approach to quotes.
How do I know a part will work in my server?
Tell us the server model and generation and we will confirm it before shipping. Part number matching alone is not enough — carrier generation, sector format and firmware coding all have to match.
What is a drive carrier and do I need one?
The bracket that holds a drive in a hot-swap bay. Carriers are chassis and generation specific, empty bays rarely include them, and they are the most common omission in a drive order.
What is sector format and why does it matter?
512n, 512e and 4Kn describe how a drive presents its sectors. Mixing formats in one array is refused or unpredictable, and it frequently surfaces during a rebuild rather than at installation.
What is a vendor-coded drive?
A drive carrying firmware specific to a server or storage vendor. Some controllers expect it and flag drives that do not have it. Tell us your platform and we will supply the right one.
Can I mix drive capacities in one array?
It will work, but the array uses the smallest member’s capacity on every drive, so the extra capacity is wasted.
Do I need the interface cable with a barcode scanner?
Yes, and it is specific to the interface. We supply the correct cable with the scanner rather than selling it separately.
Will you help configure a scanner?
Tell us your point-of-sale or host system and we will supply the scanner with the configuration barcodes you will need.
How do I know which printhead my printer needs?
Read the part number off the existing printhead or the label inside the printer. Printheads differ by resolution for the same printer model and do not cross between models.
What condition is your hardware in?
We state the condition on every line. Ask for the specific condition, the testing performed and the drive hours where applicable — we would rather answer before an order than after one.
Can you tell me the drive hours before I buy?
Yes. The drive reports it exactly, and we check before listing. Ask and we will give you the figure.
Is your hardware tested?
Testing is performed where applicable and we will tell you what was done. A power-on check and a full surface test are different things, and we do not describe one as the other.
What is your return policy?
30 days. If a part does not work or is not as described, tell us promptly — the sooner a problem is raised, the more options there are.
What if something arrives damaged?
Photograph the packaging before opening, note the damage on the delivery paperwork before signing, and tell us the same day. Carrier claim windows are short.
Should I test hardware when it arrives?
Yes, and before it goes into production. Failures cluster early in life and transit damage frequently does not show until equipment runs under load.
Who pays return shipping?
It depends on the reason for the return. Contact us and we will tell you plainly before you send anything back.
Do you offer a warranty?
Warranty terms are stated per item. Ask for the length and who honours it before ordering — they vary by condition and manufacturer.
How is hardware packed for shipping?
Drives go in anti-static bags, individually wrapped, separated from each other and suspended away from every wall of a rigid outer box. Heavier items are double-boxed.
Can I insure a high-value shipment?
Yes, and for valuable equipment it is worth it. Standard carrier liability is calculated by weight rather than value, so expensive hardware is covered for very little by default.
Do you supply schools, universities and government departments?
Yes. Purchase orders, formal quotations and vendor documentation are all standard for us.
Do you work with managed service providers?
Yes. Tell us the platforms your clients run and we can hold stock against them and flag availability changes.
Should I hold spares rather than order when something fails?
For anything where waiting would be unacceptable, yes. A shelf spare has no lead time, and that matters more the further you are from Florida.
Can you hold stock for my organisation?
Tell us the platforms you run and your refresh timing. It commits you to nothing and it changes what we can do when something fails.
Do you buy decommissioned hardware?
Contact us with a list of what is coming out and we will tell you what it is worth and what is worth keeping as spares.
