The Datalogic Magellan 3510HSi is a single-plane in-counter barcode scanner built into the checkout counter at convenience stores, pharmacies, and specialty retail. It uses a 2D area imager with no moving parts, so it scans silently and supports both sweep and presentation techniques at the register. Key Specifications

The scanner uses a standard-range 2D area imager that reads 1D, 2D, and Digimarc digital watermark codes. It draws 2.5W and powers from a single 5V USB Type A port, and serial and USB-A host interfaces are supported. This configuration is supplied with a sapphire platter, standard mount, and a 15 ft USB cable.
