Product Overview

The Sick OTC400 is an omni tracking controller that coordinates a multi-scanner barcode reading station on a conveyor line. It gathers the read results from the individual scanners in an omni portal system, tracks each object as it travels, and sends one consolidated result to the host at a defined output point. Tech Seller USA supplies this part in verified new condition, for single units or volume orders.

Key Specifications

The controller supports up to 24 connected barcode scanners reading on as many as six planes, with the scanners attached over CAN bus. Host communication is available over RS-232 and RS-422/485, with a 9-pin D-Sub auxiliary port for configuration and diagnostics. It provides three trigger inputs, eleven configurable sensor inputs, four switching outputs plus a relay output, and runs on 24V DC, drawing about 20W with a single scanner and up to about 120W with eight.
