30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in original, unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
No Restocking Fees
We charge no restocking fees on most products. Returns are completely free for defective or incorrectly shipped items (we provide a prepaid return label).
How to Return
- Email returns@techsellerusa.com with your order number and reason for return
- We respond within 4 business hours with a return authorization number
- Ship the item using our prepaid label (provided for defective items)
- Refund processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the return
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will replace or provide a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exclusions
Software licenses, opened retail consumer products, and custom-configured items may not be eligible for return. Contact us for specific situations.
