These Terms of Service govern your use of techsellerusa.com and all purchases from Tech Seller USA ("we," "us" or "our"), including online orders, quotes and purchase orders.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to, including our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Payment Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. If you order on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

Use of the Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' accounts
• Place fraudulent orders or use payment methods you are not authorized to use
• Copy, scrape or reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission
• Interfere with the website's operation or security

You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for activity under your account.

Products and Condition

We sell new and refurbished IT hardware. The condition of each item is stated on its product page and in your quote. Refurbished items are tested and may show minor cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

We make every effort to describe products accurately, but specifications, images and compatibility information are provided for guidance. Product images may be representative. Please confirm compatibility with your system before ordering, or ask us to confirm it for you.

Tech Seller USA is an independent reseller and is not an authorized dealer of, or affiliated with, the manufacturers whose products we sell, unless stated otherwise. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products.

Orders, Pricing and Cancellation

Prices. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice until your order is accepted. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Order acceptance. Your order confirmation email confirms we received your order. It is not acceptance. Your order is accepted when it ships, or when we confirm a purchase order in writing.

Errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order before it ships, even after confirmation, and will contact you first where possible.

Cancellation by us. We may limit quantities or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Cancellation by you. You can cancel free of charge before your order ships by contacting us. Once shipped, our Refund Policy applies.

Payment, Purchase Orders and Taxes

We accept the payment methods listed in our Payment Policy. Purchase orders with Net-30 terms are available to approved organizations under our Purchase Orders page. These Terms apply to purchase-order sales; any different or additional terms in your purchase order do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.

Applicable sales tax is added at checkout unless a valid tax-exemption certificate is on file. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where our Shipping Policy says we will replace items lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping, Returns and Warranty

• Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns and is waived for defective items and wrong items shipped by us.
• Warranty: every product, new or refurbished, includes a 30-day Tech Seller USA warranty, described in our RMA and Returns. Any manufacturer warranty that applies is provided by the manufacturer under its own terms, and we do not guarantee that a manufacturer warranty applies to any item.

Export Compliance

Some products we sell are subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws. You agree not to export, re-export or transfer any product in violation of those laws, or to any prohibited country, person or end use. We may refuse or cancel international orders that we cannot lawfully fulfill.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including our logo, text, product descriptions, guides belongs to Tech Seller USA or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Manufacturer names, logos and product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Except for the 30-day warranty described above, products and the website are provided "as is," and to the extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits or downtime. You are responsible for backing up your data before installing or replacing any hardware.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
